Dr. Fredrick Finkleshitz (temporarily changed to Dr. Finklesheetz) is a recurring character in the SML series. He is an insane German scientist who performed a malfunction on an alien that crashed its UFO in Roswell, New Mexico. He believes that people from Mexico are from space. He was later killed by the alien. His country of origin is Germany.
He later re-appears in "Bowser Junior's Piggy Bank!" on a TV report when the news freaks out about Bowser's piggy bank turned into a real pig and Finklesheetz digs out the pig's heart and says that it couldn't be a piggy bank.
He appears in "Mistaken" and rants about the moon landing being fake.
He then appears in "Loch Ness Monster!" where he believes he gave birth to Nessie. It is revealed here that he may be a pedophile, as he says that he is not allowed to be within fifty feet of children, and is also seen humping a support beam.
In "Attack Of The Killer Shrimp!", when attempting to create a serum that would poison the whole world's water supply to terrorize the world, Finklesheetz accidentally drops a shrimp into a beaker filled with a greenish liquid when he begins to eat shrimp as a celebration, resulting in it turning into a killer shrimp and attacking Finklesheetz.
He again reappears in "Bigfoot!" to prove that Bigfoot is real by going to the woods with a banana suit. He then got beaten and killed by Bigfoot.
In "Cody The Vampire!", he tells you about vampires what they do and says that to be careful that there is a vampire sitting right next to you.
In "The Asteroid!", he provides numerous solutions to destroy the giant asteroid heading towards Earth. After they all fall through, He then invents a shrink gun to shrink the asteroid, but it turns it into a giant shrimpo as he built a shrimp ray. The giant shrimp was eventually destroyed by Woody.
In "Black Yoshi's Koolaid Problem!", he makes the discovery that Kool-Aid is more addictive than crack, causing Kool-Aid to become illegal. However, it is later revealed that he lied about Kool-Aid being dangerous because the Kool-Aid Man was banging his sister.

- He, stupidly enough, did not understand in "The Asteroid!" that he made a shrimp ray instead of a shrink ray.
- He told the government that Kool-Aid was illegal in the episode, "Black Yoshi's Koolaid Problem!".
- It is possible he will never return again due to his name, unless he changes his name to be more appropriate. However, he returned in "Alien Jeffy!" and "The Hair Problem!" with a new name.
- He closely resembles Albert Einstein, another German scientist.
- There is a running gag of Mr. Goodman mispronouncing his name.
- He claims that he is the father of Loch Ness Monster in the episode 'Loch Ness Monster!'.
- His appearance is similar to Professor Wonder the mascot of WonderWorks in Orlando, FL and Geppetto from Pinocchio.
- In "Cody's Hot Potion!", it's revealed that he lives in his mom's house and does all of his shows and experiments in his mom's basement.
- In "Jeffy Ball Z Episode 5", it's revealed that he created the COVID-19 virus, intending for it to cure the flu, but it went terribly wrong. it should be noted that he refers to himself as Dr. Gero Finkleshitz, which makes him the equivalent to the original Dragon Ball character, Dr. Gero.
