"Doctor Jeffy!" is the 483rd episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis
Jeffy has to take care of Mario!
Plot
The video begins with Mario, who is sick, and Jeffy annoys him with a shark toy. Rosalina enters, which surprised both Jeffy and Mario, as she has not been around in a year. She says she was stuck at a stop sign the whole time, and it wouldn't turn green. But Jeffy thinks she moved to Baltimore, which Rosalina says is silly. Mario tells Rosalina he's sick, and she tries to go to the store to get medicine, but Mario and Jeffy stop her because they think she would be gone for another year. So she calls the doctor instead.
Brooklyn Guy shows up, but he too is sick. Rosalina asks if he can help Mario get better, but he refuses to let Rosalina leave since he's more concerned about himself being sick than treating Mario. So Rosalina goes to make soup for Mario.
She comes back with alphabet soup, and the letters spell GET WELL SOON DADDY. Mario thinks Rosalina wrote it, but Jeffy reveals that he wrote it. He then attempts to give Mario his spoon, but he doesn't want it since he shoved it up to his butt. Mario decides not to eat the soup, so Rosalina goes to get medicine.
Rosalina comes back with NyQuil and Cough drops, but Mario doesn't want to take it. Rosalina begins to cry, giving Mario a headache. Jeffy then comes in with a doctor outfit, which Rosalina says is cute, but Jeffy tries to be serious about being a doctor. Jeffy reads off Mario's patient information, saying that his name was Daddy, his birth date is really really old, his weight is fat, his height is short, his temperature is hot AF, his injury is bald, and that he has a rash on his pee-pee that burns when he pees. Rosalina asks what he's been doing while she was gone and he says "Well, definitely not YOU!" Jeffy offers Mario some lotion, but he says he just has the flu, which makes Jeffy think that he needs to operate.
Jeffy comes back with a stethoscope. Rosalina thinks Jeffy is cute with the outfit, but Mario finds him ridiculous and stupid with the outfit on. This makes Jeffy say that he has his grumpy pants on. Jeffy then attempts to listen to his butt, but Mario refuses to let him. Rosalina tells him to play along, as Jeffy might actually become a doctor someday, but Mario refuses to "play along" by saying that Jeffy cannot become a doctor one day because he is stupid. Jeffy starts sobbing. A few seconds later, Rosalina joins in by sobbing too. Mario makes Jeffy listen to his butt, and Jeffy tries to cut out poop in it, but Mario stops him. Rosalina offers one final solution: An old family recipe made by her great grandmother.
She brings Mario a cup full of warm water, and she puts a whole lemon into it. Before Mario can drink it, Jeffy poisons the drink by putting a band-aid, his lucky penny, a blue thumbtack and a Nerf dart in it, and then he spits in it. An angry Mario yells over it and calls Jeffy "a stupid, dumb doctor". This makes Jeffy and Rosalina sob again. Mario begins wishing that the old doctor was back.
Brooklyn Guy returns, which Mario is thankful for. He apologizes for how he acted before, as he was sick, but nobody really cared when he got sick. Jeffy attempts to give Mario a shot, but Brooklyn Guy doesn't think there can be 2 doctors in town and fights him. Mario ends up taking the NyQuil from before and goes to sleep, so everyone leaves him alone. Mario wakes up later, feeling better, and the video ends with Jeffy annoying him with the shark toy again.

- This is both Rosalina's first physical appearance in 2019 and on SuperBowserLogan.
- This is also Rosalina’s first physical appearance since Bowser's Mistake!.
- Some YouTubers such as AquaticNeptune and Kable10 have created videos of the same name, or of a similar name, months prior to this video.

- It’s unclear why Elaina returned to voice Rosalina, as some fans would’ve been expecting Chilly to take over and be the voice actress for her, however, a tweet says that she and Logan divorced because she says that relationships aren't real.
- However, with the lol at the end, it is possible Chilly was only joking.
- It was later confirmed on Logan's Instagram account that he and Chilly are still together though it may be a cover-up until Logan gets the drama resolved so he doesn't lose his fan reputation as his Instagram profile no longer says he is engaged with her.
- It's now confirmed that they had broken up around possibly Late December, early January.
- It was also revealed the reason why Rosalina was gone was because Chilly hated Elaina and kicked her out.
- Mario still isn’t in his puppet look, it’s possible that Logan is using two videos each week as one with the Human puppets, and the other with the normal plushies, as the last video included the Human puppets.
- It's also possible the Mario puppet is for merchandising purposes only as Logan is aware some of the copyrighted characters in Mario/Jeffy videos won't work as human puppets or Logan is waiting until 2020 to use it.
- Another possibility is Logan has decided not to use the Mario Puppet, due to the negative reception of the other puppets.
- The Mario puppet was later used in Jeffy's New Dad!, but Logan confirmed it wasn't permanent.
- Jeffy claims Mario is old but his official floating Nintendo age is between 24 to 26. It's likely he was referring to how many years he's been around in existence or he has a lack of knowledge on video game characters.
- Jeffy's behavior towards Mario is somewhat similar to Doctor Patrick from the SpongeBob episodes "Suds" and "The Splinter".
- This is the second time Mario gets sick in a video, the first was in Jeffy's Flu Shot!.
- Brooklyn T. Guy taking a dislike to Rosalina may be poking fun of that if she returns to being a main character in Mario/Jeffy videos, he will be reverted back to a supporting character.
