His original name is a pun on the word "misdemeanor", which refers to a crime much less serious than a felony such as a theft. He, alongside The Face Eater, fulfills the role of any type of criminal on the videos.

He has a nearly bald head with black lines for hair with black hair on the sides of his head similar to Marvin, an orange jumpsuit symbolling that he is an escaped criminal, and a tattoo that says "DADDY SUX" on it.

He appears to be an evil and mean person who doesn't care about anyone but himself and committed crimes such as stealing money from Judy and kidnapping and decapitating a woman, keeping her headless body in his trunk.
