"Chef Pee Pee's Insane Asylum!" is the 1,232nd episode of SML Movies.
Plot[]
The video starts with Chef Pee Pee saying his cookies smell ready as he opens the oven door and sees some smoke come out as he takes his cookies out and sits it on the stove. Junior comes in, asking Chef Pee Pee if the cookie are ready. Chef Pee Pee says they are and they look perfect, but Junior says he burned them. Chef Pee Pee claims that he didn't burn them; he made them extra crispy and crunchy and they're double dark chocolate. Cody says no, they are burned. Chef Pee Pee tells him to shut up as he says he doesn't cook and he wouldn't know. Junior asks why he didn't take them out earlier. Chef Pee Pee says it's because he's everywhere as if he didn't have to cook, clean, and watch him to make sure he didn't get hurt, then he would be able to get his food out of the oven on time. Junior suggests he learn how to bake and actually be good at cooking. Chef Pee Pee says he knows how to bake as he then leaves, saying how about he just kills himself. Joseph says Chef Pee Pee needs to learn how to bake as Cody says he needs to be "Baker Acted". Junior asks what's that, so Cody tries to explain, saying it's when they put you in a padded room, but Junior interrupts, asking if they teach you how to bake as Joseph says "Oh dude, definitely!" while Junior says Chef Pee Pee needs to be "Baker Acted". Joseph says it sounds cool as it's safe and it's a padded room, but Cody says they don't teach you how to bake. Junior says he just said "Baker Acted" and says "Acting how to bake, Baker Act" as Joseph says he's sure that's how Rachael Ray knew how to cook. Cody says they put you in a padded room, so you don't hurt yourself. Junior says it's so you can learn how to bake without burning your hands as Joseph calls it safety. Junior says "You use oven mitts" as he says Chef Pee Pee needs to learn how to bake as he could have burned the house down. Joseph says he should have been to the lessons as Junior says he needs to be "Baker Acted" so he can learn how to bake safely as he could have burned the house down. Junior says he's going to call a doctor and get Chef Pee Pee "Baker Acted" as he leaves while Joseph says to hurry up and Cody says that's not what it means. The video then cuts to the Red Couch, where Junior's on his phone, saying he's calling the doctor. Cody asks if he wants to know how he knows that he's just being a "shithead". Junior says how, so Cody asks why he would know to call a doctor to Baker Act someone if he doesn't know what it is. Junior says he needs help learning how to bake and he wouldn't call the cops. Junior says maybe a firefighter, but he doesn't think they know how to bake. Joseph says they don't have Gordon Ramsay's phone number, so Junior says he was thinking maybe they call a doctor because they're really good at performing surgeries. Cody asks what that has to do with baking, but Junior says he's answering as Brooklyn T. Guy says "Hey there, hospital". Junior says he would like to Baker Act his chef, so Brooklyn Guy asks why and if he's trying to hurt himself. Junior says he's trying to hurt everyone as he's trying to burn the house down. Brooklyn Guy says that's pretty bad. Junior says he does that all the time and he tries to poison their food by making it bad. Brooklyn Guy asks if he thinks he's doing that intentionally. Junior says it's unintentional and he doesn't know what's he doing as he says he doesn't know how to do anything right and said he's going to kill himself. Brooklyn Guy says he does sound mentally unstable, so Junior asks if he can come and teach him some lessons. Brooklyn Guy says he doesn't know what that means, but he can come Baker Act him and he'll be there as Junior then hangs up, thanking him. Junior says he said he's going to come Baker Act Chef Pee Pee and teach him how to bake. Cody asks if he said teach him how to bake. Junior says that he said he's going to give him lessons. Cody says he said the lessons as the doorbell then rings, so Junior leaves, saying he's here. At the front door, Junior opens it to see Brooklyn Guy, who says he's here to Baker Act a chef. Junior sees the needle and asks what's that for. Brooklyn Guy says it's to sedate him, so Junior asks if it's so he can be relaxed and learn better. Brooklyn Guy says he'll get better, which Junior likes that as he says they all want him to get better. Junior lets him in as the video cuts to Chef Pee Pee, eating the burnt cookies when he spits a piece out, saying he should have cooked it longer. Brooklyn Guy sees it, saying "My god, he's eating burnt cookies". Junior says he should see the other things he makes them eat as Brooklyn Guy says hey to Chef Pee Pee. Chef Pee Pee asks what's he doing here. Brooklyn Guy says to not worry as he's going to take him somewhere to feel better, but Chef Pee Pee sees the needle and asks what's he doing with a needle and asks Junior why's he here with a needle as he knows that he doesn't like needles and to get him out. Junior claims that it's flu season and he's here to give him a flu shot. Chef Pee Pee says he doesn't care what season it is as he says to get him out. Brooklyn Guy says it's okay and calm down, but Chef Pee Pee says he is calm; he just doesn't like needles, and he tells him to get out. Junior then clams that it's a turkey baster and he's going to teach him how to baste a turkey, but Chef Pee Pee says he's not a turkey, he doesn't need basting as he tells Brooklyn Guy to get out and tells Junior that he's not stupid. Junior tells Brooklyn Guy to hit him as Chef Pee Pee says to get out before he gets to cutting as he takes out a knife, saying to get out. Junior says he's crazy, but Chef Pee Pee says he isn't crazy; he came into his house, trying to poke him with a needle, saying that he's going to take him to a safe place as he says he's safe here. Junior says they're trying to get him help so he can learn better. Chef Pee Pee says he doesn't need help and doesn't need to learn stuff; he just needs to be in the safe place with his cookies as Brooklyn Guy tells Junior to hold him down.
Junior tells Chef Pee Pee that he cracked the stove. Chef Pee Pee says he didn't as he cooks in here every day as Junior holds him down while Brooklyn Guy uses the needle on him to sedate him. Chef Pee Pee calms down as Junior asks if he's going to take him "Baker Acting" now. Brooklyn Guy says yep as he takes Chef Pee Pee and leaves. The video then cuts to Chef Pee Pee waking up, asking if he's in heaven as he says it's soft, but then looks at the padded walls and asks what's he doing here. Brooklyn Guy comes in, saying hey. Chef Pee Pee asks what's he doing here. Brooklyn Guy says he'll know if he listens to himself as he says he doesn't have to yell. Chef Pee Pee asks why's he in a padded room. Brooklyn Guy says that he said "I'm going to stab motherfuckers". Chef Pee Pee says he would too if he saw a guy who snuck into his house with a needle in hand, trying to stab him while he cooks cookies. Brooklyn Guy tells him to calm down as they're going to get him the help he needs, but Chef Pee Pee says he doesn't need any help and demands to get out. Brooklyn Guy says the first step is admitting that he has a problem. Chef Pee Pee says he doesn't have any problems, but says his problem is that he's here as he demands him to tell him how to get out. Brooklyn Guy says they're going to spend a couple weeks here while he figures it out. Chef Pee Pee doesn't like that as he says Christmas is coming up and he can't spend a couple weeks here. Brooklyn Guy says he is right as he says he can't give him candy canes because he might try to use them to stab him, so he takes out a peppermint, saying "Here's some peppermint". Chef Pee Pee says "I guess" as he goes for it, but Brooklyn Guy takes it away, saying he could actually choke on it and he needs it. Chef Pee Pee says to give him it back as he wants the peppermint, but Brooklyn Guy says he's actually needs it because he's going to eat an onion hot dog later and his breath is going to reek. Chef Pee Pee asks why he would sow him that and then take it away from him. Brooklyn Guy says it's loss and it's just part of life as he says it's one of the things he can think about while he's here, but Chef Pee Pee says he doesn't need to think about stuff while he's here as he says to get him out. Brooklyn Guy says he'll be back in a couple days to check on him, so Chef Pee Pee asks what he is supposed to do while he is gone. Brooklyn Guy says most people like to count the squares as he counts three of them but stops, saying he's not sure about the half ones as he asks if three of them make up one, which he says he doesn't know and that's up for him to figure out as he then leaves and closes the door while Chef Pee Pee says to not shut the door. Chef Pee Pee says he's going to kill somebody as he then cries. The video then cuts to 3 hours later, where Chef Pee Pee is hitting his head at a wall, saying he has to bust a hole in the wall sooner or later as Brooklyn Guy comes in, saying hey. Chef Pee Pee asks what he wants from him, so Brooklyn Guy asks what's he doing. Chef Pee Pee says he's busting a hole through the wall so he can escape, but Brooklyn Guy says he's disturbing the guest next door. Chef Pee Pee says it isn't a hotel; it's not like he paid for room, and he's probably here against his will. Brooklyn Guy says he's here because he likes to eat genitals. Chef Pee Pee gets shocked, so Brooklyn Guy says the doctor went in to check on him and it's gone as the guy ate it. Chef Pee Pee asks if he thinks he's supposed to be in the same place as the guy. Brooklyn Guy says he's in his own room, so he doesn't get his genitals eaten. Chef Pee Pee says how thoughtful, but then sees the needle, so he asks what's it for. Brooklyn Guy says he keeps banging his head, so he's going to give him something to calm him down. Chef Pee Pee says he doesn't need stuff to calm down as he says to not put any needle in him and threatens to eat his eyes. Brooklyn Guy says he does deserve to be here as he uses the needle to sedate him. Chef Pee Pee calms down as Brooklyn Guy admits that he did the mint thing on purpose as he says it was delicious and he sucked on it for 30 minutes as he then leaves. The video then cuts to 4 days where Brooklyn Guy tells Junior, Joseph, and Cody that he's sleeping, be careful, and scream if they need anything as he then leaves. Junior asks why's he in a padded room as Cody says he told him that he was going to be in a padded room. Junior asks where's his stove. Cody says he doesn't get one, so Junior asks how's he going to make cookies. Cody says he's not going to make cookies because this is an insane asylum. Junior asks where's his TV. Cody says he doesn't get a TV as Junior asks how's he going to watch Rachael Ray. Cody says he's not going to watch Rachael Ray, so Junior lists Gordon Ramsay and Hell's Kitchen. Cody says no to both, so Junior asks how's he going to learn how to bake if he can't watch shows where cooking happens. Cody says it's not a place to learn how to bake; it's a place for crazy people, so Junior asks why's it called the Baker Act if you don't learn how to bake. Cody says it's named after Maxine Baker. Junior asks if that's the guy that you poke his stomach in, but Cody says that's the Pillsbury Doughboy and Maxine Baker's the guy who made the law for people with mental issues. Junior asks if he's the "Greatest Baker of All Time". Cody says no as Chef Pee Pee then wakes up.
Junior says morning to him as Chef Pee Pee asks what's he doing here. Junior says they were seeing if he learned how to bake cookies better, but he doesn't have a stove in here. Chef Pee Pee asks why's he here as he says he wouldn't even be cooking in here. Junior explains that he burnt the cookies, and Cody told him about the Baker Act, which he thought if they "Baker Acted" him, he would go to a baking school to learn how to bake, but it turned out that's a no, so Chef Pee Pee asks if he did it. Junior says his burnt cookies did it, but Cody says no; he did it because he called the doctor. Chef Pee Pee says when his hands get free, he's going to choke him as he then says he's going to have fun doing it. Brooklyn Guy comes in, saying they were going to discharge him, but now that he heard that, they got to keep him for another month. Chef Pee Pee doesn't like this, saying he has to be free, and he better discharge him while Brooklyn Guy tells Junior, Joseph, and Cody that they're going to want to get out because he has to give him another shot as Junior, Joseph, and Cody leave while Brooklyn Guy uses a needle to sedate him. Chef Pee Pee calms down as the video cuts to 4 months later, where Brooklyn Guy comes in and wishes Chef Pee Pee a Happy Easter. Chef Pee Pee asks if it's Easter already as he says time flies when you're having fun. Brooklyn Guy says it does as he shows him an Easter egg, saying he got him that. Chef Pee Pee asks if it's for him. Brooklyn Guy says to guess what's inside as he opens it and says it's a peppermint. Chef Pee Pee asks if he's not going to let him eat it. Brooklyn Guy says he's not as he sits the peppermint down while Chef Pee Pee says it's ok as he's good with his saliva. Brooklyn Guy says he's in a good mood today. Chef Pee Pee says he's just happy to be in the padded room as Brooklyn Guy says if he keeps up the attitude, he could be out by next Christmas. Chef Pee Pee asks why he would leave as he says it's the perfect place. Brooklyn Guy says that's what they like to hear as he gets out a needle, asking if he's ready to go to sleep again. Chef Pee Pee says that's his favorite, so Brooklyn Guy tells him to hold still and was about to use the needle, but Chef Pee Pee headbutts him, knocking Brooklyn Guy out. Chef Pee Pee says he thought it was perfect for him as he says it's a perfect holiday for him. Chef Pee Pee says he's stealing the peppermint as he takes it and leaves. The video then cuts to the Red Couch where Junior says he can't believe it's Easter already. Cody and Joseph agree as Junior says he can't believe that Chef Pee Pee's still in the mental institution. Cody asks if he feels bad. Junior says he doesn't know as Chef Pee Pee comes in, saying he's here. Junior tells his friends that he's back from baking school. Chef Pee Pee says he can make all types of soufflés and stuff, so Junior says he wants him to make him some cookies, a chocolate cake, and a pineapple upside down cake, which he asks why's it called that. Cody says he thinks that he makes the cake upside down and then flip it. Junior calls it stupid and asks if he's saying that they make a cake, decorate it, and then flip it upside down. Cody says he doesn't think they decorate it. Junior calls it stupid again and questions why call it an upside-down cake as he asks if he just wants attention and compares it to asking for an upside-down cheeseburger, and an upside-down car as he says you don't eat anything upside down. Chef Pee Pee says he can make whatever he wants as he learned a lot of skills while he was locked up as he says to tell him what he wants. Junior says that he just said it, but Chef Pee Pee tells him to shut up and tell him if he can live without his eyes. Junior says that he's saying that he's going to cook so good that their eyes are going to melt, but Cody says he thinks that he's threatening to kill him as Brooklyn Guy then shows up, saying to stay away from him as he's a lunatic. Chef Pee Pee says he's not taking his peppermint back as he leaves while Brooklyn Guy says he wasn't here for the peppermint, but it adds to it as he wants it back. Junior asks what happened. Brooklyn Guy say that he headbutted him and escaped. Cody then asks Junior if he thinks it's time that he tells Brooklyn Guy the truth, so Junior sighs and says that one time, he went to McDonald's and he shit in the urinal. Brooklyn Guy ask what that has to do with his chef as Cody says the other truth. Junior says he thought he was talking about his darkest secret as he says that Chef Pee Pee didn't need to be "Baker Acted" as he thought that Baker Act meant a baking school, so when Chef Pee Pee brunt the cookies, he thought that they were going to teach him how to bake and he doesn't need to go in a crazy hospital. Brooklyn Guy says he does seem crazy as he headbutted him, but Junior says he wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. Brooklyn Guy says when he went to Baker Act him, he threatened to stab everyone, and normal people don't do that. Junior says he doesn't threaten to hurt people and he probably is supposed to be there. Brooklyn Guy says he's going to get him as he leaves saying to give him his mint back.

- This episode is based off Florida's Baker Act law, also known as the Florida Mental Health Act of 1971, created by Maxine Baker. It is when patients in Florida deemed a threat to themselves or others due to mental illness are involuntarily committed to a mental hospital in Florida and held for a maximum of 72 hours, after which the patient must be released. However, depending on the patient's mental state, the mental hospital may petition a court to keep them longer.
- Most of the swearing is censored, except for "damn", and "ass" in order to avoid demonetization. However, the word "kill" is censored at the beginning, and it's uncensored at the end of the video.
