Toad's Mistake

Toad comes walking around minding his own buisness. But then he touches a nickel and Mama Luigi comes also Mario to beat him up but things get crazy when Mama Luigi decided to kill Toad for a stupid reason. Mario comes asking him why does he hate Toad and why would he kill him. He says "it's simple HE TOUCHED MY NICKEL.
