"Broken Up!" (stylized as "BroKEN Up!") is the 717th episode of SML Movies.

Synopsis

Cody and Ken break up!

Plot

The episode starts off with Junior asking his friends what they wanna do. Cody replies saying he wants to go to the pool as an excuse to take his clothes off. Junior and Joseph also want to go to the pool, but they want to keep their clothes on. When they swim, Brad comes and ask to surf in their pool. Meanwhile, Cody tells Ken to put sunscreen on him. He lays down, but goes up to find out Ken is looking at Brad in the pool waterfall. Cody gets mad and throws Ken to Brad. Cody wants to go back inside the house because he was sad that he found Ken "flirting" with Brad.

Junior and Joseph tell Cody to calm down, but Cody does the opposite and throws Ken to a pile of dolls, Cody decided to check on Ken later because Junior and Joseph wanted to play the game without Cody’s weird shenanigans. However, he finds Ken in the pile of dolls and breaks up after mistaking him for cheating on him.

One week later, Junior and Joseph go to find Cody at his home on the couch, overweight and only wearing his underwear. Cody is still depressed after his breakup, so Junior explains that Ken was only hanging out with other dudes, and Cody was getting mad over nothing since he does that as well. Cody decides to do a montage to lose weight to get Ken back.

Cody becomes strong again, fights some of the dolls (including Buzz Lightyear) in the box and he gets Ken back. Cody and Ken decided to look at other guys but if they decided to add a 3rd guy to the combo, they would both have to approve of him. Cody later takes Junior's Rattlesnake Jake board game and plans to bend over in front of it.

Trivia

• This episode was uploaded two years after "Bowser Junior's House Party!", and five years after "Jeffy and the Beanstalk!".
• The episode was uploaded in June, known as Pride Month, or LGBT month, so it's likely that this episode was inspired along with Cody and Ken’s homosexuality, by the celebration of that same month ever since it got started in 2009 to 2016, but Joe Biden officially confirmed June to be LGBT (claimed with Q+) month in 2021.
• Though only as a toy, this is technically Woody's first appearance in 2022, his first appearance in the Human Puppet Era, his first appearance in the 2020s decade, and his first appearance since "The Asteroid!".
• This is Brad's first appearance in 2022, and his first appearance since "Jeffy Almost Drowns!".
• This is the first time Brad appears without Marvin, Rose and Jeffy.
• At 4:11 in the video, when Cody goes to find Ken, there is a board in the background that says "POObY IS A WHORe?"
• You technically have to start over when the head part of the Rattlesnake Jake game spreads out and you lose if the tongue part of the Gobble Monster game goes back to the head.
• The slide from "Jeffy's Swimming Pool!" appears in the beginning on the video when the kids go to the pool, meaning Logan has not removed the slide yet.
• The long censored words that Cody said when he was fat are not known.
  • They may have something to do with profanity.
• Cody's fat design is reused from (probably) Woah He Big.

Errors

• Cody is seen eating Chunky Monkey ice cream (which contains walnuts) in the video, in spite of his stated allergy to nuts as confirmed in "Cody's Nut Allergy!".
• There are technically no waves (not even small ones) on a pool because the water on it flows in a straight and single angle, but people can play with the water, causing waves and spraying.
