"Bowser Junior Loses Thomas!" is the 132nd video of SML Movies.

Synopsis[]

Bowser Junior can't find Thomas!

Plot[]

The video begins with Bowser Junior playing with Thomas and his t-rex toy atop the couch. Junior hears a knock at the door and tells Thomas to wait, but Thomas falls behind the couch shortly after Junior rushes over to the door. It turns out that Cody and Joseph have come over, and the former states that they should play with trains. Junior goes to look for Thomas, but cannot find him, which leads to Junior crying uncontrollably. Cody and Joseph help Junior look for Thomas, but with no success. After Joseph leaves due to Junior's consistent crying, Cody tries to cheer Junior up by telling him that he understands how he feels, and that he would feel sad as well if he ever lost Ken. As usual, Junior makes fun of Cody for thinking his doll is real, causing the latter to leave indignantly. Meanwhile, Chef Pee Pee is eating Fritos in the kitchen. While he's eating them, he begins to choke. Junior walks in and sees Chef Pee Pee choking but mistakes it for him not seeming to care that he lost Thomas. After a hit on the back, Chef Pee Pee is able to breathe again and helps Junior look for Thomas. They search the entire house and cannot find Thomas. Bowser is angry that his son is crying while Charleyyy and Friends is playing on TV. Chef Pee Pee explains to Bowser that Junior is crying due to the loss of his Thomas toy. Upon learning this, Bowser orders Chef Pee Pee to go to Toys "R" Us to buy another Thomas toy.

While Chef Pee Pee is at Toys "R" Us. looking for a new Thomas toy, Brooklyn T. Guy shows up. The former asks the latter if they have any more Thomas trains, but Brooklyn Guy claims they're sold out of them. He brings another toy train that's blue like Thomas, but it doesn't have a face. Chef Pee Pee decides to buy the blue toy train and call it Thomas, believing that Junior will fall for the trick and will finally stop crying and screaming. Meanwhile, Junior is still crying in his bedroom and seems to not care about any of the other trains by punching them off of the train tracks and calling them stupid. Chef Pee Pee comes in and gives Junior the blue toy train, trying to trick him into thinking it is Thomas just to stop his crying. He claims that Junior was imagining the whole time that Thomas had a face, since in real life, trains don't have faces, which Junior points out that the other trains do. Chef Pee Pee tries to impress Junior with the train's cool new tricks like a 360 spin, but the latter angrily says it isn't Thomas. He furiously throws the toy train across the room, calling it dumb and declaring he doesn't want it. Chef Pee Pee berates Junior for being ungrateful, and that when he was Junior's age, he had to play with sticks, rocks and poop. Chef Pee Pee heads back into the kitchen and complains to himself that Thomas is just a toy, and that Junior doesn't even need him at all. Bowser walks into the kitchen and yells at Chef Pee Pee, asking him as to why Junior is still crying. Chef Pee Pee explains to Bowser about how he bought a bobo train because Toys "R" Us didn't have any more of the actual Thomas toys. Bowser then orders Chef Pee Pee to go online and buy the real Thomas from there, but Chef Pee Pee thinks it'll be really expensive.

In his room, Junior sings a song begging for Thomas to come back to him. Meanwhile, Chef Pee Pee goes on eBay to look for another Thomas toy. He's able to find one, but the price for it is $100.00 (plus $495.00 for shipping, which does seem like a ridiculously expensive cost for just a single toy train). Chef Pee Pee bids $101.00. However, someone else competing for the toy suddenly bids $102.00, a dollar more than Chef Pee Pee's current bid. Chef Pee Pee then bids $103.00, to which the other bidder then bids $110.00. Determined to win the auction and earn the toy just to end Junior's crying and screaming, Chef Pee Pee bids $125.00, followed by the rival bidder bumping it up to $130.00. Chef Pee Pee angrily bids $145.00, but the rival bidder outbids Chef Pee Pee, bidding $150.00. Sometime later, Chef Pee Pee finally bids a grand total of $10,000.00 and claims that he cannot go any higher due to credit card limits. But then, a few seconds later, the rival bidder outbids Chef Pee Pee by a penny. The auction ends, and the rival bidder wins the Thomas toy, infuriating Chef Pee Pee.

As Junior is dreaming of trains by hearing train sound effects inside his head, he is suddenly woken up by Joseph and Cody, who have come back to apologize to Junior of his sadness earlier due to his loss of Thomas. Cody tells Junior that there are many trains in the world other than Thomas, but Junior asks that if he can pick any train, why can't it be Thomas. Having enough of it, Junior then declares that he knows exactly what to do in order to end his misery. Chef Pee Pee is vacuuming in the living room, and he pulls the couch out from near the wall. He suddenly spots Thomas on the floor (as he had fallen behind the couch at the start of the video) and feels angry at having to do everything he could to get a new one when it was behind the couch the entire time. Chef Pee Pee goes upstairs to look for Junior, but the latter is nowhere to be seen. Toad walks in, to which Chef Pee Pee asks if he's seen Junior. Toad reveals that Junior went to lay on train tracks, followed by Chef Pee Pee quickly coming to the rescue with Junior's Thomas toy. Just when Junior lays down on the nearest set of train tracks (waiting for a train to run him over, as he saw no point in living without Thomas, one of the core things in his life, and getting run over by a train would supposedly be how Thomas would want him to die), Chef Pee Pee finds him and shows Junior his Thomas toy. Junior gets excited and is now happy again. Chef Pee Pee reveals that he found Thomas behind the couch, followed by him and Junior driving back home. Junior is then seen playing with Thomas and tells him that he's the best and that he'll never lose him again. Junior suddenly realizes that his dinosaur toy is missing, causing him to shout in despair as the video ends.

Characters[]

Trivia[]

  • It's revealed that Brooklyn T. Guy works at Toys "R" Us and that he apparently doesn't have a name.
  • This is the third time that an episode is filmed in Toys "R" Us, the first being "Bowser Junior's Summer Vacation", the second being "Bowser Junior's Train Table!".
  • This episode is similar to "Bowser's Depression" as both Bowser and Junior would cry nonstop. In "Bowser's Depression", Charleyyy and Friends was replaced by Fishy and Friends, but in "Bowser Junior Loses Thomas!", Bowser Junior's Thomas was missing.
  • This is the first time Bowser Junior is heard singing a full song.
  • This is the second time Bowser Junior attempts suicide, the first being "Bowser Junior's Punishment!".
  • This is the 2nd time in which Bowser Junior acts differently/strangely. The 1st being "Bowser Junior's Punishment!".
  • The scene where Bowser Junior tries to attempt to kill himself is loosely a reference to a SpongeBob SquarePants episode "One Coarse Meal", where Plankton tried to attempt Suicide by getting run over by a bus all because of his paranormal feeling of Mr. Krabs being disguised as Pearl. But this scene is different from the SpongeBob episode.
  • This is the first video where Bowser Junior looks upset in the thumbnail.
  • Thomas's name is said 99 times in the entire video.
  • $100.00 for the Thomas listing plus $495.00 for shipping does seem like a ridiculous amount of charges.
  • The fake Thomas toy that Chef Pee Pee bought is a Pullback Classic Light & Sound Train made by Toysmith.
  • This episode was uploaded a year after "Toad's Mistake 3".

References[]

  • This episode is similar to the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Have You Seen This Snail?", where Gary goes missing and SpongeBob can't find him, causing him to fall into a deep depression, similar to how Thomas goes missing and Junior can't find him, causing Junior to fall into a deep depression. Coincidentally, both episodes involve a depressing song being sung about how much the main character misses the thing they lost.
  • A possible jab at Toys "R" Us is made at 7:43 (7:58 in the re-uploaded version), when Brooklyn Guy replies, "Well, I could go check the back. Usually, when I say that, I just walk around the store and don't actually look, and then come back and say we don't have it". This is a reference to Toys "R" Us's poor customer service, as the sales associates are more concerned about making commissions on the sale of items than actually helping the customers.

Errors[]

  • During the entire time Chef Pee Pee is bidding for the Thomas toy on eBay, the auction timer says: "1 minute left". However, this is impossible, as it most likely took much longer than 1 minute for the auction between Chef Pee Pee and "ISIS-17" to go from $100.00 to $10,000.01. It's possible that there wasn't actually a minute left and that it may have been some sort of glitch with the computer on the eBay website.
  • eBay would most likely have banned a user under the username of "ISIS-17", so it's unknown why that user is there. It's possibly because the people who work at eBay don't know about ISIS.
    • Either that, or it's likely that the username was put in as a cheap joke. (Although, ISIS is not something to joke about, similar to Adolf Hitler and the Nazis.)
  • There's an exclamation mark in the title, but not in the thumbnail. It's possible that Logan forgot to add the exclamation mark in the thumbnail before exporting it. While this is technically an error, this is a common trend for many older videos.
