Bullwinkle J. "Boofy" Moose, better known as Boofy the Moose is the mascot of Sam's Fun City who first appears in "Jeffy's Birthday Trip!". Jeffy wants to see Mickey Mouse on his birthday, but he can't since Sam's Fun City doesn't have Mickey Mouse, so the only thing they have is their mascot, Boofy the moose. When Jeffy sees that Boofy isn't Mickey Mouse, he doesn't like him and still wants to see Mickey Mouse, so Brooklyn T. Guy decides to make a Mickey Mouse costume and portray him.
Not only that, but he is briefly mentioned in “Jeffy Goes To The Arcade!” where Brooklyn T. Guy tricks Mario and Jeffy into thinking that a Boofy Rewards Membership is a thing.
