Blue Yoshi was a character killed by Bowser due to anger issues. He can only be seen in his egg form.
In "2 Guys, 1 Yoshi", he wanted a banana, but Bowser didn't want to because of his fear of bananas when he watched The Man with the Banana in "Bowser's Biggest Fear". Bowser got a banana but squished it in the kitchen.
Bowser gives him cheese and pudding, but he doesn't want it. Bowser throws the egg at a wall, killing the Yoshi, which meant he did not hatch and did not appear in his hatched form.
He can also be seen in the beginning of "The Kidnapper" in the previous episode scene. He is then revived as Jeff, married to Stacy, a yellow Yoshi and he has a son called Timmy. He found Stacy at a website called "Yoshimeet.com".[1]
