Blue Yoshi is a deceased character killed by Bowser due to anger issues. He can only be seen in his egg form.
In 2 Guys, 1 Yoshi, he wanted a banana, but Bowser didn't want to because of his fear of bananas when he watched The Man with the Banana in Bowser's Biggest Fear. Bowser got a banana, but squished it in the kitchen.
Bowser gives him cheese and pudding, but he doesn't want it. Bowser throws the egg at a wall, killing the Yoshi.
He can also been seen in the beginning of The Kidnapper in the previous episode scene. He is then revived as Jeff, married to Stacy, a yellow yoshi and he has a son called Timmy. He found Stacy at a website called "Yoshimeet.com".[1]
