The Alien's Wife is a green alien, and the wife of the Alien. She first appeared in "Rosalina's Parents!". She constantly puts her feet in her mouth, much to her husband's annoyance.
She is a green alien with yellow eyes with green pupils, unlike her husband, who has completely black eyes. Another quality she possesses that her husband does not, is a tooth, as her husband is completely toothless. She later appeared in "The Restraining Order!" to save Chef Pee Pee from choking on 3 Jolly Ranchers.

- In her later appearances (starting from The Baby Alien!) her tooth and antennas are gone.
- The original puppet was made by Evelinka from Beacon Art Studios (Eva Gronowitz).
- She is somehow able to speak coherent English, as shown in The Baby Alien!, as part of her disguise.
- It’s unlikely that she’ll ever return, since her puppet has been repurposed into Patrick Mahomes, though it’s likely another puppet made from her since there is stunt doubles. Also they can get a replacement from Evelinka Puppets.
