The problem with Codys Bad Word isn't that it was a Cody torture video. The real problem of it is that the entire video was that one and only joke. The Cody torture is just the icing on the cake.

This doesn't change anything so even if Junior deserves it, it'll still be bad

Outside of Booger Ball, these videos have been great! Along with the daily vlogs and the start-up of the new Squid Game series, SML seems to be doing decent so far

Since when were generic plots a bad thing? There are so many pieces of media that are generic, yet are masterpieces in their own regard. Such a very bad argument as I can name multiple videos that are "generic" which are also at the top of list on being one the best SML videos of all time.

I didn't really find any parts of the video where he was "yapping". The video is pretty well paced

I know this community is going to shit on this video for the sake of it being a Jimmy Butler video just like the last one (which was actually amazing) but this one also isn't terrible at all! The effort in this video is actually incredible and surprisingly very creative. I don't like how the idea of this community is "Its another Brooklyn with Jimmy Butler video so its bad" because theres so much more to this video then Brooklyn just ranting

Yes we did actually. Mikey drove the plot forward and even faced consequences for his bratty actions. Saying Mikey ruined this video or even counting this as a "bad character appearance" is actually just bias. He had a role and served it well.

Another video I REALLY don't understand why its hated by you guys. I'll even call this video GREAT! Humor was amazing, characters were great, plot was hilarious and fun, and the ending was absolutely phenomenal! There is really no way I can see this video as "bad", so genuinely asking once again, why?

Out of all the SML characters, Cody-based videos are the worst, not just this year but in SML overall. Most of the time, it's not even Cody's fault that these videos are bad, but the characters around him, like Junior and Joseph who cause the issues (Codys gum problem, Codys bad word, ect). Still, the video is about him, and his name is in the title

So genuinely asking, whats wrong with this video? Its obviously based on the real life event of a squirrel called peanut who was legally killed after it a bit someone. Putting that aside, I don't really see what makes this video "bad". We have reasonable likeable characters, no filler (they even acknowledge this), and fun humor with a simple plot. So once again, why is this video being poorly received?
