Genuine question

My theory is that jeffy is smart but acts stupid. Heres my evidence

• In jeffy’s lie detector, when marvin asks jeffy if he's stupid all the time or he’s just faking it, jeffy says yes and the lie detector goes green and red (green means true and red means liar if you haven’t watched the video)

Now my theory is that jeffy is actually smart, but he acts dumb. More evidence can be found in “Jeffy the Psychic” and “Detective Jeffy” (there could be more). For reference:

• In jeffy the psychic, jeffy could see things happening like marvin getting $10,000 for wasting the doctors time and many more

• In detective jeffy, jeffy tries to free his dad for something he didn’t do
