I don't remember exactly what happens, but what i do remember is that in the episode Jeffy shrinks to a microscopic size or so, and Junior launches him into Mario's ear, and Jeffy starts controlling Mario using his brain.

I headcanon that Cody knows his mom is quite, well, rotund, but doesn't want to say it to his mom because he's afraid of being grounded.
The episode is trying to give us a lesson on "Don't do bad things!" but just does it terribly.
I would give it a 1. It's a terrible episode. There is no scientific proof karma is real, and even if it was, the episode does a TERRIBLE job at potraying it. The bad things that happen to Junior happen almost INSTANTLY after Junior himself does the "bad thing", and when he starts apologizing to Cody, he suddenly just "magically" has the bad things that happened to him cured. I do gotta say, the karma for some of the scenes was deserved, but shouldn't have been too harsh, and plus, i don't think he deserved to go in a wheelchair. He was being honest with the kid after all. There is NO way anyone that isn't an adult could lift him up.
