What makes it worse, is that Cody really based it off nothing.
If you think about it, in some of the character torture videos, there is a lead to base it off if, Mario getting arrested in Jeffy’s bad word could be seen as assault, Cody’s bad word would have been taken out of context by Joseph reguardless. Heck, even in my least favourite video, Brooklyn Guy was doing his job at first… then he fucking ruined the video… in this though, Cody sees the penny disappear, and he goes ballistic on Junior for it.
I feel that the impression would have been tue only way without it sounding off. It was pretty noticeable when Pooby’s lines in Black Yoshi’s Big Bamboozle were recorded.
