Nope. Nintendo won't go for it. They sent the C&D because Logan was profiting off their characters. Nintendo is a Japanese company, and Japan has no Fair Use laws, which Nintendo exploits to flout American Fair Use laws to go after anyone they view as a threat to their profits, no matter how innocent or even if it's monetized or not.
