Didn't really care to do full reviews of the last few I missed, so I'll just knock them out here.

1: ChicKEN Pox - 4.5/10

A mediocre, poorly assembled video. Not a great start to the year, though there are some great jokes here and there.

2: Cody's Robot - 6.5/10

A decently funny and surprisingly engaging video, though there's a lot of awkward momentum killing cuts in the action (ex; The Miranda Rights song, actually most of the Brooklyn Guy scene) that hamper it a bit.

3: Jeffy The Pool Shark - 7/10

Just a normal good video with funny pool shenanigans. Shoutout Brooklyn Guy and Goodman especially.

4: Sleepy Jeffy - 5/10

Just unremarkable and forgettable.

5: Jeffy Ball Z - 7.5/10

One of the most creative SML videos in a while.

6: Cody's NFT - 6/10

I like how the stupidity of this whole trend is mocked and the weirdness of the plot's latter half (specifically after Cody gets shipped to an insane asylum) appeals to me too. Apart from that, not much to point out.

7: Jeffy Goes To Juvie - 7.5/10

Solid video with spot on jokes, and this is my favorite Brooklyn Guy appearance in a while.

8: The Frog - 7/10

A plot that's so stupid you can't help but laugh at it, and a suspenseful video on top of it.

9: Cody's Gum Problem - 5.5/10

Starts off pretty bad, then actually starts to get pretty funny (though a lot of the gross out still harms the score).

FAVORITE: Jeffy Ball Z and Jeffy Goes To Juvie

LEAST FAVORITE: ChicKEN Pox

OVERALL: 6.28/10 (Decent). Yeah, overall a mixed-positive month for SML. Not everything hit, but the good material was really good and even some of the weaker cuts weren't exactly bad. Not the worst way to start 2022.

+There were actually quite a few jokes that did land, especially Pablo's cameo and obviously BTG. Cody's parents were also funny

-The way Cody looked for most of the video was disturbing as hell. I get that that was the point, but still

I thought this was going to be a generic video, but I was wrong

POSITIVES:

+The plot's good

+Both the frogs and the pigs were great one time characters

+Jackie Chu was funny

+This video takes a suspenseful turn of events that I really enjoyed

+Jeffy, Mario, and Rosalina were tolerable

+Brooklyn Guy made a short but funny appearance

NEGATIVES:

-I felt super bad for Cody at the beginning

Overall, this did kind of have a bad beginning due to the unnecessary amount of Cody torture, but aside from that the video is really fun to watch.

It has a bit of missed potential, but I still really enjoyed it

POSITIVES:

+The plot’s good

+The school scene at the beginning was funny

+Brooklyn Guy was really funny here as usual

+Animations aside, the entire “Be Good School” segment was great, and I like how we even got to see characters like CJ and Kody (insert Classic SML Thumbnails joke here) make a return

+I did like the Spongebob time card references in Nicktendo’s animation

+Mario and Rosalina were alright

NEGATIVES:

-Nicktendo’s animations here, while better than every other one of the animations he’s done for Logan (aside from the one he did for Junior’s Wings), were still really not that good

-I expected a bit more to be done with the general concept

Overall, it’s still a great video despite its issues…

Ah yes, NFTs. The one thing that is a pile of worthless shit that literally destroys the environment and can literally be remade in Photoshop or Paint.net. Some idiot literally turned youtubers into NFTs against their will. INCLUDING A DEAD ONE. What the fuck????!!

Also they are literally overpriced for an image that you can make in Paint.net. They also stole famous paintings and artworks from artists such as Leonardo da Vinci. THE FUCKING MONA LISA WAS TURNED INTO AN NFT. Paintings such as The Last Supper, Liberty Leading The People, Girl with a Pearl Earring, (20 FUCKING VARIATIONS OF IT), American Gothic, and the previously-mentioned Mona Lisa, which if all of the people who painted these and saw NFTS made out of their hard work, I'm pretty sure they would be pissed and would ask the people who made them to take them down.

I don't even know why NFTs exist. After all that stuff and watching Cody's NFT, I still can't fully understand what an NFT is. Hell even this wiki can be turned into an NFT. So if you make an NFT out of this wiki, then fuck you. You are only damaging the environment.

In conclusion: NFTs are a dumpster fire.

4/10 - How in God’s name did we go from “Jeffy Ball Z” to this boring mediocrity

Pros:

• Goodman was funny af

• ”I don’t give a (OOF)” will always be fricking hilarious

• Jeffy was alright even if he made a cameo

• Brooklyn T. Guy was okay I guess

Cons:

• THIS VIDEO IS BORING

• Junior was so stupid

• Joseph was also dumb

• Cody was pretty annoying

• Considering the fact I don’t fully understand what a NFT is, I got so infuriated when they only mentioned the acronym

• The Noodle Joke got old very quickly

Overall, this is probably the most boring video of the year so far, not to mention it came out exactly one year after “The Pink Couch”…

REVIEW

Okay, I'll tell you right here, off the bat this is going to be a pretty fast review because I really do not know what to make of this video. This is one of those videos that just left me confused as to wheter I liked any of the jokes or not. I can't really name any direct pros outside of Goodman and the absurdity of the events that happen, and I can't really name any direct cons outside of... the absurdity of the events that happen. Maybe I'm getting old but I barely understand anything they were talking about here.

In the end I give it a solidish 5/10 and a AVERAGE mark.

RATING

TBH I still feel unsure about this segment since even by my standards making custom TV ratings for videos is a very unusual niche and I'm not sure why I like it, but that hasn't stopped me from scrapping it before so I guess it's sticking unless anybody objects.

Only notable objectiotionable content for the rating is language with two uses of "shit" and one each of "hell", "damn", "goddamn", "asshole" and "fuck". While there were one or two mild suggestive jokes, nothing too explict there, so I'll give this episode a TV-14-L.

This video demonstrates how stupid NFTs are, and in a more literal sense.

GOOD:

+Goodman is good.

+Mr. Bunny is good.

NEUTRAL:

~Jeffy is OK.

~Brooklyn Guy is OK.

~Judy is OK.

~Tyrone is OK.

~As much as I hate NFTs, I think that the plot/concept is fine.

BAD:

-Junior is bad.

-Joseph is bad.

-The nurse is annoying.

-Cody is annoying.

-The noddle joke is pretty bad.

-Lots of filler.

UGLY:

--Hence Cody's annoyance, he was out-of character here.

Overall, this is just another bland Cody video.

Sorry I'm so late. I got busy with other stuff. Anyways it's a 4.5/10.

Pros:

• Jeffy was alright

• Goodman was nice and him saying "fuck" was pretty refreshing to hear

• BTG was fine

Cons:

• Junior was like a devil

• Cody was also unlikeable

• There was some filler at the beginning

• I didn't like the noodle joke, no wonder it got old fast

Overall, it's bad but nowhere near to horrible.
