I feel like I’m probably the only one who didn’t really enjoy this video and it feels weird to me. Yes it’s nice to see Luigi return (even if his design is kinda lazy), but this video is literally just “haha we can’t reference Mario because Nintendo forced us to stop using the characters, isn’t that so funny”. Ntm how Filler Guy was here to police all the Mario references with that annoying airhorn or how it’s only filmed at the red couch and the front door as usual, which only added to the video’s poor quality. It’s fine if you do like this video, everyone has their opinions, but just because an old character who hardly ever appears returns doesn’t automatically make it a good video, I still think this is just another typical modern SML video, just with Luigi/Luis coming to visit. Remember how Shrek’s Cheesecake was initially praised for having Shrek in a major role despite it mainly being about Brooklyn Guy complaining about not getting what he wanted for 10 minutes, and then months later people recognised the video for what it really was? Well I feel it’s the same case with this video, in time people might start being more critical about it for being littered with cease and desist jokes non stop, and if they do, I wouldn’t blame them.

Since Luis was created, Luis now appears in SML, but if the official SML channel create a Reddit account and uses the word Luigi?! Not only will SML get sued by Nintendo, but SML Reddit account will also get suspended in Reddit! Did you hear about the new law that Reddit forbid the word Luigi to be said?!
The fans in the SML community would refer the eras or universes as “Plush” and “Puppet” eras or universes due to the Cease and Desist from Nintendo. But here’s how I would refer them as in a better way.

The SML video should be called No More Jeffy because he's too scary and incorporate because of the Cease and Desist letter.
It's called, "Logan's Revenge!" Which I’m gonna add on the SML fanon wiki.
In this SML movie, Logan has had enough with the cease and desist letter forcing him to use new human puppets and renaming them, so he and his crew decide to get revenge on the CEO of Nintendo who is Mr. Goodman (the real CEO of Nintendo is actually Shuntaro Furukawa) for sending them the cease and desist letter. My SML movie is unlikely it will ever happen, I made this just for fun.
To avoid getting sued, maybe Logan can make videos with the Nintendo plushies on other channels that are not his but some of his crew's YouTube channels like Lance's channel. I know it sounds like a stupid idea and it's unlikely that it'll ever happen because of the cease and desist letter Logan got from Nintendo forcing him to replace the plushies with human puppets and demonetize all of his channels. What do you think about this idea?
From 2007-2021, Logan has used Nintendo plushies like Mario, Rosalina, Bowser, Bowser Junior, Cody (Magikoopa), Joseph (Koopa), Toad, and other characters. But now, in 2021, ever since Logan from SML received a cease and desist letter from Nintendo, forcing them to stop using the plushies. Instead, the SML crew had to use human puppets and rename the characters to Marvin, Rose, Braxton, Junior, etc. Will the cease and desist letter ever expire so Logan can use the Nintendo plushies again or will he be stuck with using the puppets forever? I mean, they can still use the Jeffy, Brooklyn Guy and Mr. Goodman puppets but still. I really miss the Nintendo plushies SML used to have in their videos. Maybe they can (somehow) bring back the plushies in their videos but instead make their videos family friendly with no cursing, no sex jokes, or inappropriate stuff, just a family friendly show like SpongeBob SquarePants, Animaniacs, Ren & Stimpy, etc. I also want them to bring back their old series they used to make including Mario & Luigi's Stupid and Dumb Adventures, Chef Pee Pee Quits, and Luigi's Mansion (obviously all of this is very unlikely). Come on, SML, can you bring back some nostalgia?

Summer School part 2 have Nintendo plushies, why? It was shown by accident! Summer School part 2 could be the last video ever! Will SML get sued or Nintendo will not notice, if Nintendo does notice, then will Nintendo forgive SML because he knew it was a accident?!
Because the user vandalized the Marvin page, and Marvin has not been Mario since May 2021, Three months after the cease and desist letter.
SML referenced the cease and desist again, they might get sued by Nintendo again.
Today marks 3 years of SML without the Nintendo Plushies.
Its been 3 years since Logan got the C&D, I'm been wondering if its fake or not, and the Rich Brooklyn Guy vid that started it all, yeah, they still using puppets in this day
