Reason: This line from Junior's Sick Date!: "When I grow up, I wanna be a surgeon!" by Penelope. (As well as this being the first instance where Penelope becomes the main character, not counting Penelope Gets Taken!)
Synopsis: Jackie Chu is teaching everyone about health and anatomy, until Junior and Cody have an argument about the nervous system. Penelope tells them to be quiet, as she is trying to pay attention. But then, Jackie Chu goes to the next topic, "How to perform an Operation" using the actual game, where he says, "Basically, the doctors who wear the mask, use the world's tiniest metal chopsticks (tweezers), and remove the heart before he dies". Penelope and Cody think this is not how surgery is done. Class is dismissed afterwards. Cody is frustrated about the way Jackie Chu teaches medicine, and Penelope agrees, although Junior is still confused about the nervous system.
Just then, Brooklyn Guy came to the house, and told Penelope that he's sick, and doesn't trust Jonathan to be a doctor, because of him being arrested one time for doing things with minors online (a reference to the incident on June 2nd), so he tells Penelope to become the temporary doctor, but Cody is not sure, as she doesn't have an actual degree. Penelope however thinks she can be a better doctor than her dad, so she and Cody become the youngest medical professionals in the world (although Jeffy impersonated a doctor one time, he's not the main character in this idea, and Brooklyn Guy scolds at him). Penelope wears a lab coat and a stethoscope, while Cody wears a stereotypical nurse's outfit with a nurse's cap.
Their first patient is Jeffy himself, who accidentally swallowed his phone, because he mistaken it for a chocolate bar. The two doctors got to work, and their strategy for this job: Penelope uses the stethoscope to find the location of the phone, while Cody dials random numbers until Jeffy's phone is vibrating (represented by Jeffy vibrating and him making a ringing noise), they then performed the surgery and it was a success.
Their next patient is Patrick, who's here because he needs his brain tested, so he can find out how "cwazy" he is. Cody says he'll deal with this one, while Penelope uses the restroom. But it turns out, Cody has his hands full, and he eventually gets poked in the eye with a thermometer. Patrick says that he's healthy and runs off.
Their final patient is unfortunately Barbara, who is just asking for... well, you know, the same thing that Chef Pee Pee did in Job Swap! Penelope and Cody need to think of a plan to get out, so using Jeffy, they make him do the exam, while Penelope and Cody were on break (which is actually evading the worst patient of all time)
Penelope and Cody made it back to Junior's house, and Junior asked how the job went. The two said it's good until Penelope's grandma came in, who is with Jeffy, and he came back saying, "Your grandma is awesome!"
