I doubt Nintendo gives a shit. With it being found out that most of Nintendo's takedowns were actually made by some random companies no one cares about as opposed to Nintendo themselves, I think the C&D of 2021 was actually sent by an angry fan as the letter looked extremely unprofessional; I myself could recreate the letter flawlessly in Microsoft Word with little to no effort. This would explain why SMG4, who has his own animation studio, hasn't gotten a notice from them, despite also being vulgar and being even more popular than SML.
