I think selling the Lilly puppet would be fine as long as it isn't being sold as Lilly herself, because I think it's fairly unique compared to the real person.

Remove her name from her shirt and replace it with "Fungus" or "Baby" or something (or just move the SML on the back to the front), and I think it'll be fine.
