"Cody's NFT!" is the 676th episode of SML Movies.
Synopsis[]
Cody buys an NFT and nobody understands why he would do that.
Plot[]
Junior and Joseph want to wash their hands and see who's better at it, when Cody comes and makes the duo guess what he paid $2,000 for. Cody reveals that he paid for an NFT (non-fungible token), and explains what it is. Junior and Joseph point out problems with the NFT.
Junior recreates the NFT in Minecraft and mocks Cody about how he can do much more stuff with his version than Cody can do with his. He also prints the NFT and puts it in a frame.
Mr. Goodman comes and buys the NFT artworks ($20,000 for the painting and $10,000 for the Minecraft remake) except for the original version, accusing Cody of simply taking a picture of the "original." Junior and Joseph print out more copies of the artwork, which Jeffy buys.
Brooklyn T. Guy comes to handle the situation, when the trio argues about the NFT and its original owner. Brooklyn Guy checks Cody into a mental facility. Junior and Joseph visit the facility, where Cody argues with the duo and Nurse Jackie, the nurse who put him in a straight jacket in the first place. Cody is also planned to be put down, but he escapes with the help of Junior and Joseph.
Junior reveals that he and Joseph sold all the pictures the duo printed out, and that the duo made a 4D version of the NFT. Junior points out why the 4D version is better than the original one, with Goodman buying the artwork. Cody is then captured by Brooklyn Guy and taken back to the facility (and he presumably gets euthanized as well). Junior sells the original NFT for another $10,000, which makes him and Joseph richer.
